Learning outcomes

The course deals with the nature of the enterprise and entrepreneurship (legal regulation of entrepreneurship), the environment of the enterprise, the efficiency of the enterprise and its classification, the objectives of the enterprise, the typology of enterprises and the life of the enterprise. The course also deals with the property and capital construction of the enterprise, the organization of the enterprise, corporate management, the characteristics of the basic enterprise activities (production, purchasing, sales, marketing, personnel work, enterprise financing and investment activities).
