Course content
1. PKI infrastructure - basic axioms, digital signature, hash function, usage, digital certificate, certificate authority 2. Computer and data security - basic defensive/protective technologies, techniques, tools, methods, data lifecycle, data partitioning, data backup and disposal 3. Principles of data security and protection in the Internet environment 4. OpenSource (LinuxBased) L7 Firewall Systems (2 weeks) 5. OpenSource (LinuxBased) Infrastructure Security (4 weeks) 6. Introduction to hacking, passive vulnerability analysis 7. Active system testing and vulnerability exploitation (3 weeks)
