Business process and marketing strategies (Boston matrix, ATL/BTL/TTL/online marketing, AIDAS model) 7. Finance for non-economists (importance of accounting, balance sheet and income statement, cash flow, costs and prices of resources, discounted cash flow, budgeting) 8. This seminar aims to introduce students to entrepreneurship and answer basic questions related to it. No prior knowledge or experience is required. Its goal is to answer fundamental questions related to business, significantly increasing the chances of success while avoiding unnecessary effort and time wasted. The seminar emphasizes discussions, practical exercises, and Q&A. The presentation serves only as accompanying material. The course content is divided into logically arranged topics answering the following questions: - What is entrepreneurship (product <=> market)? From idea to strategic vision. - What business should I start? How can I succeed if I lack expertise? - How to differentiate your product? - How to find a market niche; who are the potential customers? - How to sell both online and offline? - What business structure to choose? - Where to find funding for your business and how to generate revenue? - How to understand financial figures; accounting and cash flow basics? - How much should a business grow, and what steps are needed? How to protect your business and maintain a healthy work-life balance?
