- Introduction to signal and image processing (methods, algorithms and their implementation in Python) - Advanced methods for processing the physiological signal, event detection and its visualization - Advanced methods for processing the biological data (obtained from several diagnostic devices), object detection and discrimination

Aim of this course is to apply advanced signal and image processing methods on data obtained by various diagnostic devices. Data used in this course can represent physiological activity of heart, muscles, brain, or images of cells obtained by microscopes (fluorescence, optical, etc.) or by several other diagnostic devices.
