The course focuses on physical-geographical aspects of NW Bohemia, mainly as follows: A) geological history, B) geomorphology, C) environmental characteristics, D) climate and hydrology, E) environmental challenges. Students attend consultations where they receive tasks and discussion questions related to the aforementioned issues. Concurrently, they work on a project that covers these issues. Depending on the assignment, students may be required to conduct a field survey and gather data.
