The course provides an overview in nanotechnology from the point of view of physical principles and laws. Students gain knowledge of various procedures for material fabrication where effects at the nanometer and sub-nanometer scales play dominant role. They get also an overview of basic types of nanomaterials prepared by physico-chemical methods and of their properties.
