Výstupy z učení

In this specialized course, the students will get a theoretical and practical introduction to basic in vitro and in vivo experimental techniques in molecular and cell biology and model organisms. These include work with plant and animal/human cell cultures (2D/3D) as well as experimental work with living organisms (plants, vertebrates). Furthermore, students will learn selected important methods and techniques in molecular and cell biology. Particular emphasis will be laid on the design and planning of experimental work, documentation, critical evaluation including qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results, as well as laboratory safety and ethical aspects. Each of the topics usually involves 1 week of theoretical preparation and 1 week of practical laboratory experiments
