The aim of the course is to provide information on modern genetic, biochemical, biophysical and molecular biology methods (such as various types od centrifugation, electrophoresis, EIA, ELISA, RIA, autoradiography, PCR, nucleic acid sequencing, finger printing, VNTR, RFLP, RAPD, blotting, genetic mapping and cloning, transgenosis). Laboratory exercising of the selected methods is included, too. Genetics or Molecular biology or Biology of Procaryotes and Viruses or Cellular Principles of Life Processes or Cellular and General Biology.
