Learning outcomes
The aim of the laboratory work is to teach students basics of work with cell cultures. Students will be taught how to use sterile flow box and manipulate with cells in sterile conditions. They will have possibility to maintain their own cell culture for two weeks, learn how to estimate the number of cells and do basics experiments. They will obtain knowledge how to safely work under sterile condition and use basic cell laboratory equipment (laminar box, cell counter chamber, light microscope, different type of pipettes, multi well plates reader).
