Course content
|
The students become familiar with 1).Reaching and spreading of scientific knowledge and scientific communication (both modern and classical media) 2) Storage of the information and practical use of printed and electronic sources 3) Personal communication - seminars, workshops, conferences, congresses, etc. 4) Preparing and training of oral presentation, poster presentation; writing manuscripts, chapter and monograph, patents. 5) The role of reviewers, opponents and proofreaders. 6) Scientometric criteria, evaluation of publications. 7) Grants - how to apply and funding (GACR, EU, foundations, the public and the private resources) Students will prepare poster presentation with English summary. They will manage scientimetric evaluation of an article. They will review manuscript. They fulfill grant application.
