Course content
1. Introduction to the subject content of the curriculum, communication credit requirements, introduction of information resources. 2. Characteristics, structure and possibilities of equipment in fitness training. Development of power abilities using equipment and tools. Circuit Training. Development of speed abilities using tools. Development of coordination skills using tools. Development of coordination skills using tools (horizontal bar, rings, parallel bars, trampoline). Development of mobility with the use of aids. 3. Health exercises with balancing aids (lenses balance, balance boards, Bosu). 4. Use Roller, flexi-bars, steppes and rugs. Familiarization with strength rubber. Overballs use and Gymball. Use of equipment (medicine balls, jump ropes, poles, ropes) and unconventional tools. 5th model creation program of fitness training using the equipment. 6th Panel. Verification of theoretical knowledge. 7th Granting credit requirements.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the training equipment in fitness training, basic principles and rules for their application in physical education.
Students will be able to organize the lessons, using a variety of training resources - tools according to methodical teaching principles. Students will be able to create a form of exercises using the tools and environment variable depending on the objectives and content of teaching units.
Prerequisites
Student interest in the issue, basic biomedical subjects (anatomy and physiology).

Participation in teaching 80%, presentation of selected devices and their use in fitness training based on the skills and knowledge. A concrete program - containers fitness training exercises using equipment in a particular sport. Verification of theoretical knowledge - test.
