The course shows students the gallery and museum pedagogy as sufficient and dynamically evolving disciplines, which, throughout the creative activity, exacerbate passive spectators and mediate them the expression from the visual art work. The course relates the theoretical part (the study of technical literature; basic terminology, methods and the development of the subject) with the practical part (students prepare and realize their own gallery animation for students of primary, secondary and primary art school). Students are acquainted with the principles, advantages and disadvantages of extra-curricular education (the work in front of the artifact) and they learn how to effectively engage other than visual-art-attitudes towards the creative activity (for ex.: music, literature, dramatics, interdisciplinary overlaps within a framework of primary, secondary, etc. school subjects). The course emphasizes the usage of the gallery animation as a method connecting the theoretical content with the practical (creative) activity and it accentuates the emotional experience of the participant.
