Learning outcomes
|
The course is composed as a set of selected lectures from the history of art focused on a detailed analysis of problems with a goal to enable the students to profoundly understand the meaning of individual art periods or particular artwork, process and the context of their creation, their specific and general social and cultural sense. The attention is also paid to the local region of Ústí nad Labem, understanding the space which is currently close to students, and to continuously appearing live topics from the field of visual art, architecture and the preservation of monuments.
