Learning outcomes
The content of the course is to acquaint students with the problematic of the research in art education and the specifications of its application in the expressive fields. The seminar provides the acquaintance with the systematic theoretical principles, methods and the descriptional possibilities, analysis and clarification of the pedagogic phenomenon, with the methodology of qualitative and quantitative research. The course offers the outcomes for the realization of their own research probes in a diploma thesis. Based on the introduced examples of already realized research inquiry, students recognize the meaning and the contribution of the research activities for the subject of Art Education.
