Learning outcomes
|
The subject follows on from Continuous Pedagogical Practice 1, using knowledge and skills acquired in the theoretical subject Theory of Art Education 1, Didactics of Art Education 1, Pedagogical Psychology and Developmental Psychology. The seminar focuses on: analysis of student's performance (the prerequisite is to present an analysis of student's own lessons), analysis of student's communication skills (presentation of an action plan, report on outputs of the action plan) and analysis of student's products of work activities within Continuous Pedagogical Practice 1 (portfolio containing all requirement defined by the list in the table (syllabus) of the subject). The course objective is to provide students with the possibility to develop the skills in the reflection of their own pedagogical experience. Based on this reflection, students will prepare an action plan for further development of their own professional competency.
Students will learn to analyse the acquired experience, deepen the theoretical basis of their own professional competencies, realize and shape their approach to teaching, consolidate and further develop reflective strategies and techniques.

Students will complete a continuous pedagogical practice during the semester.
