Course content
Seminars: 1.-2. Introduction to Health Physical Education 3-4. Practice to compensate for skoliotic posture 5-6. Exercise to compensate for enlarged thoracic cyphysis 7-8. Exercise to compensate for enlarged lumbar lordosis 9-10. Total looseness, flat feet 11-12. Flat legs 13. Knees' cautious and valorous posture 14. Upper Cross, Lower Cross Syndrome Lectures: 1-2. The acquisition of movement skills (motor learning) in children with SVP. 3-4. The importance of movement for the optimal development and growth of a child. Target and tasks in health physical education. 5-6. A general introduction to the basics of functional anatomy. Didactic principles in health physical education 7-8. Diagnosing proper posture. Types of tests to diagnose correct or defective posture with regard to children's age differences and degree of attenuation 9-10. Obesity and its influence on posture, health physical education in the context of RVP (decrees, directives, licences) 11-12. Options to verify the effect of health physical education in the classroom process. A history of health physical education. 13. Current trends in health physical education with regard to diagnosing muscle overload. 14. Course assessment, credits, exam.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to educate students about posture diagnostics and appropriate exercises to prevent the development of faulty posture and civilizational diseases. Students will become familiar with the construction of health physical education classes for groups with varying degrees of debilitation.
The study can diagnose single postural weakening. The student understands the relationships between exercise, healthy lifestyle and good posture. The student can use a reservoir of exercises for individual muscle weakens. The student will understand the importance of lifelong use of exercise to compensate for muscle weakness in both school and after-school environments.
