The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the principles of all regenerative procedures used in the sports environment with a focus on not only biological, but also pharmacological, psychological and pedagogical means of regeneration. To know not only theoretical knowledge about their operation, but to be able to create suitable regenerative activities, usable in specific sports. At the same time, the student will gain new knowledge in the field of hygiene in relation to TV and sports.
By the end of the study-unit student will be able to explain the basic theoretical knowledge with the issue of regeneration, sports nutrition, and doping and anti-doping education policy. Practical skills are focused on the topics of: - Compensation exercises - Yoga - asanas - Massage techniques - Hydrotherapy and medical resources regeneration
