Course content
Educational topics of seminars and professional practice: 1. Client history and diagnostics. 2. Building sports training in bodybuilding, training bodybuilding unit and building it, the training cycle and its periodisation. 3. aerobic training and its inclusion in competitive preparation. 4. Using ring training, TRX and balance balls in bodybuilding training, individual training sessions, specifications for various sports. sectors, intermingling of power principles to other sports sectors. 5. Strength with free weights and the weight of your own body. 6. Strengthening on fitness machines, determining individual settings by age and gender and performance. 7-10. Training divided by individual muscle groups and by individual conditioning periods. 11. Training Plans+Supplementation, Basic Principles-Making Eating Plans. 12. Super-compensation - stage presentation and competitive posing. 13-14. Didactic outputs, credits.

Learning outcomes
This course is mainly about gaining pedagogical, methodological, theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of bodybuilding and similar activities conducted mainly in fitness centers. By combining strengthening, aerobic training and sports nutrition, the graduate will be able to form a cage in terms of muscle development, with an emphasis on the principles of a healthy lifestyle. He will also be able to create a number of individual and group exercise programs.
The student is after the course: - able to build a training unit in a gym, according to different preparation periods, - actively manage and correct it both technically and intensively, - will have basic knowledge of supplementation, sports nutrition and its periodisation.

Active participation in teaching, didactic output-training unit in a gym focusing on muscle development of a specific muscle group, seminar work on sports nutrition and a weekly meal plan.
