Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with basic and supporting topics from sports pedagogy for the professional activities of teachers and coaches.
After completing the course, the student is: knows important pedagogical personalities and their contribution, understands the principles of Olympic education and fair play, has an overview of basic regulations and legislation in the school facility and sports club has an overview of motor learning and learning of sports skills, he is oriented in basic methods of research in the pedagogy of sport, recognises the importance of communication between coach and athlete, has an overview of current opinions and attitudes of school youth on sport and physical education.
