The aim of the study is to acquaint students with the methods of training individual game activities, basic game combinations and fitness aspects in beachvolleyball training.
Student after completing the course: knows the basic concepts of beachvolleyball, is familiar with the basic rules of beach volleyball; Can detect gross errors in the technique of individual types of rebounding. |
