Educational subjects: 1. Gymnastic training and its kind. Use in gymnastic element practice. 2. Children's gymnastic tools - introductions and use options. 3. Children's gymnastic equipment and use for strengthening and support training. 4. Reflection surfaces and their use in rebound and rebound training. 5. Benches and pulleys and their use in equilibrium training. 6. Barrier lanes. 7. Practice and methodical series of rolls. 8. Dating exercises on circles and trapeze. Visa training. 9. Practice on baby bars. 10. Trampoline and trampoline. 11. Practice the simplest elements on the beam. 12. Practice the simplest elements on the rings and trapeze. 13. The aim of the course is to familiarise students with gymnastic activities, useful for children of pre-school age. Emphasis is placed on gymnastic training and methodical series of exercises to practice the simplest gymnastic elements including tool exercises. Students are introduced to a wide reservoir of exercise through practical exercises and will acquire the competence to fit these exercises appropriately into the physical units of this age group included.
Knowledge of a reservoir of training gymnastics exercises suitable for inclusion in preschool. |
