Course content
Educational topics of workshops and self-study: Common starting points and specific areas of movement games 1. Systematics of movement games, division of games, terminology, relations of cooperation and competition in sports games, dimensional relations in sports games, content of sports games (game skill, individual activity, combinations, systems). Game performance, team game performance, Determinants of team game performance. Methodological and organizational forms. 2. Movement game and its role and possibilities in human ontogenetic development. Sports game as a socio - economic phenomenon. The role of movement games in human socialization. Game as a means of education (fair play, experience, conflict, group relationships during the game). Sports game as a manifestation of national cultures. 3. The concept of teaching sports games, alternative concepts of teaching SH. Selected aspects of motion control in the operation of motion games. Sensory shares in the performance of the game or the implementation of game activities. Selected problems of motor learning in sports games, the question of practice and experience in sports games, the application of transfer. Automaticity, similarity, generalization). Assessing the level of game skills. Issues of quantitative and qualitative research in sports games. 4. Movement games used for people with disabilities and for integrated TV. Games based on the reflection of a game object - tchoukball, trangleball, squash. 5. Movement - sports games from other cultures or applied mainly abroad. American football, rugby type games. Batting games - cricket, baseball, softball, methodical procedure at batting games. Faustball. 6. Evolving movement - sports games in the conditions of the Czech Republic: badminton, frisbee - ultimate, softtennis, lacrosse, intercross, curling, floorball. 7.-14. Basketball, handball, soccer, volleyball Origin, development and present of the game; interpretation of rules; domestic and world organizations; systematics of game activities; development of game systems current systems; movement learning and conditions of the teaching process in school physical education and sports training, key places of skills acquisition; graphical representation of game situations; other (small) forms of the game (futsal-indoor soccer, small soccer, FIFA futsal, beach soccer, etc .; national handball, mini-handball, etc .; mini-basketball, streetball, 1x1 game, etc.).

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge about the game as a social phenomenon and their role in the development of the individual, to acquaint students with the issue of acquiring game skills, systematic theory of games, games that are run less often or unusual in our conditions. For some of them, it is possible to assume the outcome to further possible study or education outside the faculty in sports associations or the acquisition of qualifications of coaches or referees with the contribution of these associations. Demonstration of knowledge in the exam should be the result of long-term influence of the student in this area of physical activities.
After completing the course: - able to organize the operation in the completed spectrum of games, - can decide matches according to existing rules, - is able to organize a training and teaching unit, including appropriate preparation of the organism for stress, - is able to evaluate the implemented training or teaching unit, - is able to define key places for improving game skills in selected games and explain the reasons for possible interventions in the cultivation of game skills, - can prepare, lead exercise units with game content, - can use the transfer from other movement games and find connections between them, - variably applies the operation of games with regard to the level of game skills of participants, spatial and material conditions, - is familiar with the basic terminology of selected games, the way they are taught or the acquisition of relevant game skills, - can define the prerequisites for successful operation of selected games. - can use the acquired competencies for further possible expansion of knowledge and skills in the field, - can specify the basic skill limits of participants, determine the necessary spatial and material conditions for the operation of selected games, - has an overview of the institutional security of the operation of selected games, - can describe the possibilities of influencing participants through the operation of games in terms of the development of motor skills, socialization of individuals, etc., - can demonstrate selected game skills, - can explain the role of sports games in the current sports movement and in the societal context, - is able to apply knowledge from research in the field of sports games.

Assessment methods and criteria

Credit requirements: - active participation in teaching - positive evaluation of knowledge and skills in the field of rules, techniques, tactics and methodology in the discussed games (in writing or orally) - elaboration and implementation of methodical output and theoretical work on a selected topic - successfully implemented decision-making in a selected movement game Test requirements: - successful completion of teaching all sub-subjects related to movement games - credit awarded - positive evaluation of knowledge and skills from the topics of the subject in connection with prerequisites, biomedical and pedagogical psychological subjects (in writing or orally) See the Moodle study portal, KTVS website.
