The aim of the course is to prepare students for ski courses at KTVS PF UJEP. The content of the ski course is to acquire the basic and specific skills of individual students based on their individual performance. Teaching is focused on cross-country skiing and downhill and turning on skis, including basic theory and analysis of video recordings. The content and difficulty of the lessons are adapted to the skiing level of the students.
