Objective: The object of the study of the subject is to familiarise students with the structure of the individual's internal integrated prerequisites for motor activity. The mobility issues are presented in terms of: - taxonomic and formal system anchorages - biological background - diagnostics - development
In this course students learn the structure of internal assumptions (motor abilities) for individual motor activity, their development and diagnostics. Knowledge of theoretical knowledge will enable students to further development of motor skills for studying physical education and sports training. Sudent after completion of the course be able to solve the problems of training and development epohybových skills in a theoretical and practical level |
