Seminars and Practical sessions: Introduction, principles of safety, familiarization with the form and content of education. Structure of fitness lesson Zumba. Structure of fitness lesson Fitbox. Structure of fitness lesson Jumping. Structure of fitness lesson Power plate. Structure of fitness lesson Power joga. Structure of fitness lesson Core training. Structure of fitness lesson Cross fit programme. Structure of fitness lesson Pilates. Structure of fitness lesson Alpining (heat, K2). Structure of fitness lesson Rope skipping, fitness step Structure of fitness lesson - Body&Mind, Structure of fitness lesson Gyrokinesis, NIA. Study-unit evaluation, credit week.

Learning outcomes
The content of the study-unit is fitness exercises using current popular styles of fitness. It is the nature of the activity of aerobic exercise complemented by the special trainers and using specific equipment and tools. The goal is to cultivate a movement of the students to develop their physical conditions, with a focus on improving fitness abilities.
By the end of the study-unit student will be able to: 1. prove orientation theoretical and practical aspects of fitness in general, 2. create motion programs in fitness for the general population while minimizing the risk of damage in respect of a holistic approach to individuals 3. lead fitness classes using specific equipment and tools 4. understand the importance of structure and value fitness programs 5. use the acquired skills for possible future expansion of knowledge and skills in the subject, 6. be familiar with the basic terminology of fitness.

The basic gymnastic skills, physical assumptions.
