Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge and skills in the field of fitness and individual equipment (spinning, strength training, etc.) Content consists mainly of practical training of basic elements Spinning ride and particular lessons in the gym.
Students completing the course - Be able to compile a spinnig lesson and faciliate it actively - Be able to compile a training lesson in a gym and manage it actively
