Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is create the prerequisites for understanding the importance of gymnastic skills in the physical education and physical development of students and apply them in the teaching process.
Students completing the course will know the theoretical foundations of gymnastics. They will be able to explain the concept of gymnastics, including the division, they will be able to orient themselves in gymnastic sports. Students will get acquainted with a range of knowledge of motor-functional training, motor learning in gymnastics, including knowledge of didactic aspects. Students will be able to use a range of skills and knowledge to apply gymnastic exercises.
