Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide students with basic knowledge of the applications of basic gymnastics and cultivate a set of skills, experience and habits suitable for the area of physical activities. Students will become familiar with elements of Gymnastics preparation and its use for various sports. A special emphasis is placed on structure of the lesson. E-learning course
Students completing the course will know the structure of exercise unit, will able to prepare and organize the initial and final part. Students will able to use a range of skills and knowledge application exercises and determine the physiological effect of gymnastic exercises.
Prerequisites
Basic terminology and knowledge in the fild of physical education.
