Learning outcomes
Laboratory research in kinantropology is a subject in which students are introduced to the possibilities of laboratory monitoring in the area of physical and sporting activities and Exercise Physiology. Topics are focused on body composition assessment of aerobic and anaerobic conditions for, a comprehensive fitness and physical regiment. With options of laboratory research, the students not only in theory but also in seminaries implement specific procedures and evaluate research results, focusing mainly on the evaluation of the physiological / pathophysiological manifestations of physical activity and body composition and construction.
By the end of the study-unit student will be able to explain the basic theoretical and practical knowledge from laboratory research in Kinantropology, focusing in particular on the assessment of body composition, aerobic and anaerobic assessment assumptions, the state of fitness and comprehensive exercise regimen.
