Course content
1. Introduction to the subject. Introduction to credit requirements and organization of the subject. 2. Movement skills in the field of basic gymnastics without and with the use of equipment. 3. Movement skills in the field of rhythmic gymnastics - musical movement relations. 4. Movement skills in the field of gymnastics and exercise on tools. 5. Improving the practice of running techniques. 6. Improving the practice of jumping techniques. 7. Improving the practice of litter and throw technique. 8. Improving the swimming technique of backstroke, backstroke. 9. Improving the technique of swimming breast, butterfly. 10. Improving swimming skills (start, turns, flowing). 11. Game activities of an individual, game combinations, game systems in basketball. 12. Game activities of an individual, game combinations, game systems in football. 13. Game activities of an individual, game combinations, game systems in volleyball. 14. Panel discussion, evaluation of teaching.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquire a motor skills base from gymnastic sports, athletics, swimming and sports games. Students will deepen their existing knowledge of sub-areas, create a stack of exercises for practice and learn to find connections in the application of theoretical knowledge in motor skills. Didactic outputs are focused on the preparation and management of the introductory, preparatory and final part of the exercise unit.
Student after completing the course - knows the structure of the exercise unit - can prepare and organize the introductory and final part of the exercise unit - has created a reservoir of exercises for physical and physical development - is able to determine the physiological effect of exercise - is able to use a range of skills and knowledge from the content of the subject - can communicate with practitioners in professional terminology - is able to correctly demonstrate the technique of selected athletic disciplines - uses basic athletic terminology

Assessment methods and criteria

Active participation in teaching. Practical credit requirements: Athletics: Execution technique: SBC, SSC, long jump (neck, hanging, step), low start, ball throw - grenade, relay pass through the lower arch, high jump, shot put. Swimming: swim a limit of: 100m breaststroke, 100m breaststroke, 50m backstroke, 50m butterfly. Gymnastics: "ten", compulsory set on acrobatics, set with skipping rope. Acrobatics: handstand hold 1 sec., forward roll, side flip, half turn in the direction of movement, roll backward inclined to standing/handstand (men), weight forward, run 3-4 steps forward flip, skid roll flying Jump-rope set: 4 jumps, 4 jumps, 4x jump rope forward, turn, 4 jumps back, 4x spins back, turn, jump jump, 4x side gallop (jumps forward), brace one arm, circle with folded jump rope overhead horizontal, 1 jump with snow over the folded rope circling horizontally above the ground. Volleyball - two-handed overhead serve in the designated area, lower serve into the designated area.
