Course content
Content: 1. Introduction to the subject. Basic concepts of sports training theory. 2. Somatic, psychological and social preconditions of preschool children for an enhanced sports component of physical activities within TV in kindergarten. 3. Outline the comprehensive foundations for physical development in preschool age. 4. Possibilities of moving towards later performance orientation. 5. Selected sports as examples suitable for enhanced performance concept. 6. Indicators for the selection of special physical activities. 7. Principles for gradual inclusion of sports elements in these activities. 8. Principles for ongoing pre-training preparation of the child. 9. Possibilities of work with performance predisposed individuals. 10. Examples of sports in which there is a risk of possible premature specialization. 11. Application of students' own movement assumptions in this issue. Examples. 12. Repetition and discussion on the topics discussed. 13. Repetition and discussion on the topics discussed. Diagnosis of student abilities. - Learning outcomes: - After completing the course, the student is able to describe, explain the basic concepts in the field of sports training (training) and can use these concepts for further study and practice, is able to think about these concepts in connection with the educational process. The course has 3 hours of contact teaching. Topics marked in bold and cross-sectionally other topics will be presented in contact teaching. The remaining part will be the subject of independent study on the basis of compulsory and recommended literature. Self-study is managed by the teacher, the basis is the recommended literature, and especially the study aids listed at: https://moodle.pf.ujep.cz/. Feedback takes place by checking knowledge and skills during consultations. Topics are further consulted via e-mail (Jan. Kresta@ujep.cz), by phone, or via the university's electronic information system. General knowledge is evaluated by a theoretical test or oral examination. The STAG information system is used to record study results.

Learning outcomes
Students will get acquainted with the possibilities of increased sports orientation of physical activities in kindergartens, in accordance with the "Framework Educational Program for Preschool Education". To introduce them to the concept of physical activities with higher physical activity. To clarify the movement needs in preschool age in the biological and social field and the issue of differences in the movement competencies of a child in preschool age.
Learning outcomes: After completing the course, the student is able to describe, explain the basic concepts in the field of sports training (training) and can use these concepts for further study and practice, is able to think about these concepts in connection with the educational process.
