1. Design and evaluation of a sport or physical activity plan. 2. Structure and efficiency of the training unit. 3. The cross-training (exercise) unit and its assessment. 4-14. Implementation of the established plan for a selected group of children and young people including evaluation.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the methodological-organisational practice is to help students integrate into the environment for which they are being trained as part of their studies. The content of the tutorial is to familiarise yourself with coaching (training) and organising activities while guiding the physical or sports preparation of children and young people in the chosen sport sector. The student prepares, implements and organizes the training process under the guidance of an experienced trainer (trainer) of selected physical or sports activities.
Student knows: - Process the preparation and implement the training (exercise) unit. - Process and implement a training plan or exercise programme. - Organise the activity of children and young people.
