Course content
|
The content of the course is focused on the composition of the training and exercise unit, on the creation of a training plan and exercise program, didactic forms, styles and principles, the effectiveness of the teaching class and the educational and teaching activities of the coach, trainer and organizational or educational staff member. Attention is paid to motor learning, didactic procedures and methods and their application in physical education and sport, evaluations, methodological materials and legislation in the field of physical education and sport. Content of the lesson Introduction to the study of the subject Spectrum of didactic styles Basic didactic forms Didactic methods and procedures Didactic principles Organisational forms and conditions for TV and sport Types and stages of motor learning Motor learning agents Progress of learning movement skills Creation of exercise programs and training plans Training (exercise) unit. Verification of the effectiveness of motion programs Ratings on TV and sports. Research and research methods in didactics of TV and sport. Seminars are devoted to the application of topics discussed in lectures on selected physical education and sports activities

Learning outcomes
|
The aim is to acquaint students with the content and issues of didactics of physical education and sport, to create a general basis for special didactics, to promote new approaches in physical education and sport and thus to contribute to creative didactic thinking.
After completing the course, the student is oriented in the concepts of didactic TV, understands what didactic principles, methods, styles and procedures are. He is able to name and describe them. He understands the issue of motor learning. He understands the methods of research in didactics of TV and sports. Student knows (can): explain the course of motor learning describe didactic agents and their use in sports practice process preparation for the training unit create a training plan
