Course content
Seminars and Practicals: 1. Basic dance position, distinguishing of stressed and unstressed time in music, rhythm games and exercises with music. 2. Aerobic - introduction to the basic elements of aerobic exercise, aerobic exercise methods of teaching music. 3. Dance aerobic - familiar with dance elements of the performance. 4. Latin American tance - kinds of dances, dancing gait, coordination exercises, practicing basic set of selected dances. 5. Latin - American dance, dance performance, dances formations individuals in the sport, training kits with different spatial arrangement. 6. Modern dance species, basic preparation, coordination exercises. 7. Modern dance training of performance with music. 8. Modern dance basic formation positions choreography. 9. The management of the unit by student - demonstration of performance selected dance forms, training, organization and management reports to the music, correction of incorrect positions or position of the body.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the study-unit is to provide students with knowledge in the field of modern dance forms. This study-unit is the acquisition of motor skills and the development of motor skills in the sport sector, which can be applied to groups of children, youth and adults on a recreational level, beginning level of performance.

Active participation in seminars, demonstrations successfully implemented a written preparation of selected forms of dance and exercise to music. Attendance of 80%. Learning Knowledge and Outcomes: By the end of the study-unit student will be able to: - Distinguish between different kinds of modern dance forms, - Use the acquired knowledge competencies to further expand knowledge in a chosen subject, - Start an exercise elements, demonstrate, lead exercises and end with music, - Organize training unit with music, - Distinguish between basic spatial position of the dance group - Apply exercises with music on the development of the power and select the appropriate exercises to develop coordination skills for the selected muscle group, - Distinguish between types of weight training exercises with music - Distinguish and correct basic errors attitudes of the body and its holding
