Course content
lectures: 1. Introduction - Basic information on the subject, organization, content. 2. Health-related fitness - definition, assessment of health-related fitness. 3. Movement regime and fitness training, health and physical fitness. 4. Life Style - quality of life, healthy way of life and movement. 5. Physical activities - fitness, health. 6. Physical activity - fitness and lifestyle. 7th Physical activity - fitness and working efficiency. 8. Factors affecting implementation of physical activities. 9th Physical activities - programs and their capabilities. 10th Physical activity - programs at home and in the field. 11th Movement activities - programs for selected groups of patients. 12. Possibilities control effect of physical activity programs. 13th Motion programs, movement training, implemented in our country and the world 14. The intervention exercise programs - athletics, swimming, gymnastics, games, outdoor sports.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the study-unit is to familiarize students with basic knowledge of non-pharmacological ways affect the health and lifestyles of individuals through the exercise intervention. Students will receive instruction in basic information about human movement in terms of its effects on health, information on the draft motion for intervention as healthy as a selected group of patients, information on diagnostic methods, information and practical experience in the application of movement as a means of primary and secondary prevention, information on the use of movement as a means of weight adjustment and influencing condition.
Student after completing the course: - Is able to define basic concepts of health and physical activity. - Can describe criteria for evaluating health-related fitness. - Able to demonstrate theoretical knowledge in the theory of sports and fitness training, quality of life and a healthy lifestyle. - Able to describe the factors affecting implementation of physical activities. - Can interpret the factors influencing the choice of exercises and resources for creating and implementing physical activities. - Can select a suitable physical activity and exercise for physical modes implemented in different environments or part of the population. - Knows tests evaluating healthy fitness and these tests can be realized in practice. - Able to design and create a monthly health related physical program for a selected group of persons or groups with physical limitations.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of the development of motor skills and sports training.
