Course content
lectures: 1. Sports performance and its structure. Frequency of training stimulus and recovery. Construction of a training unit. 2. Development tendencies of contemporary sport and exercise. Third fitness training system in sports training. Share conditional factors in the structure of sports performance. Fitness training in the annual training cycle. 4. Energy and functional basis endurance abilities and their classification. Aerobic area. demarcation intensity, operational indicators. 5. Methods of developing endurance. Deeper definition and details of methods of continuous load. interval training. Application of knowledge about anaerobic threshold. Individualization of endurance training. 6th Anaerobic area: speed and short-term endurance, interval method. 7th speed capabilities. Limits, genetic predisposition, speed plateau, methods development. 8. Forces capabilities. Loading, principles of construction methods of strengthening, metodology components. 9th coordination ability and mobility. Status in fitness training. Methods development. 10. Technical training - application of knowledge about motor learning, perfecting techniques in sports, stabilization and variability skills. Tactical training - tactical knowledge and skills, creativity. 11. Psychological preparation. Regulation of current mental conditions, short-term and long-term control. Aspects of regeneration in sports training, diagnostics fatigue means of regeneration. 12th Acclimatization - altitude and alpine training, time, heat 13. Sports preparation disabled. 14th Forecasting and its application in management training. Contests and competitions, fitness, sport mold and its tuning. seminars: 1. EARLY specialization - a critical evaluation of the training concept of early specialization. 2nd Loading and creating training programs for elderly, sick and obese individuals. 3rd Seminar training endurance abilities. 4th Anaerobic threshold. 5. Seminar to train speed capabilities. 6th gears plateau, genetic predisposition speed capabilities. 7. Seminar for training power capabilities. 8. Seminar for training coordination skills. 9th Seminar training mobility. 10th Regulating actual mental states - and the pre and after competition states. 11th Sports mold and its tuning. 12. Selected problems specific training: training of women. 13. Sports training of children and disabled people. 14th High mountains training.

Learning outcomes
The aim is to deepen the theoretical knowledge of sports training and its practical implementation. The subject will be deeper illumination of selected topics in the Theory of sport training, supplementation of other topics that go beyond the basic idea of the improvement of human athletic performance.
Student after completing the course: - Familiar with the basic terminology of sports training. - In a wider context can explain the structure of sports performance, sports training component and its construction. - Basic knowledge of sports performance and training can be applied in the design of a training plan for a selected group of persons in selected sports discipline. - Able to define the basic principles of fitness development factors and these principles can be applied in practice. - Able to defend the proposed training plan and can justify the use of the chosen means and methods for development of key movement skills. - Can use the acquired skills for possible future expansion of knowledge and skills in the subject.

80% attendance in seminars. Seminar paper containing monthly training plan for selected sports discipline. Written and oral exam.
