Course content

Topics of Seminars: - Characteristics of individually optimal posture and anatomical-physiological basis of compensatory exercises. - Basics of neurophysiological patterns of control, regulation and control of skeletal muscle. - Compensation exercises in the training process and recommendations for physical education practice. - Didactic principles of compensatory stretching and strengthening exercises. - Breathing and relaxation exercises - own practice, control. - Training of fixation posture in basic positions (horizontal, vertical - sitting, kneeling, standing). - Rotary, spinal and balance exercises, relaxation and stretching exercises. - Compensation exercises focused on the lumbar spine (the area of the hip, buttock muscles, abdominal muscles, back, muscles of the legs, lumbar erectors and square lumbar muscle). - Compensation exercises for the upper body and head area. - Compensation exercises in selected sports disciplines with a distinctive repetitive strain (choice of students - tennis, fencing, badminton, volleyball, handball, golf). - Compensation exercises in sports with significant burden of selected muscle groups (choice of students - cycling, canoeing, ice skating, hockey). - Model situations and individual training solutions. - Outcomes of students on a given topic, performance evaluation and discussion. - Final test and credit.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the study-unit is to provide students with knowledge in the field of critical and mission-critical physical activities every sport dealing with compensatory exercise. Attention will be focused on basic characteristics, anatomical and physiological and neurophysiological patterns, and division of compensatory exercises with a focus on various sports sector and recommendations for practice. Practical exercises will concentrate on practicing new skills, proper execution of exercises and appropriate inclusion of the relevant sports discipline. Students will gain exercises on selected weakening. Attention will also be paid to the didactic principles in the management of the compensation exercise.
By the end of the study-unit student will be able to: - Characterize good posture, or places with weakening - Establish corrective exercises for certain sport areas - Organize and lead a group of athletes according to the didactic principles of compensation exercises - Create a training plan for corrective exercises the sporting industry
