Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge and skills in the field of fitness and their attributes, which form the basis of the concept of health-oriented fitness. The content is focused on the issue of stimulation of endurance and strength abilities.
Students completing the course - Be able to compile a endurance lesson and faciliate it actively - Be able to compile a training lesson in a gym and manage it actively
