Course content
Subjects of classes: 1. Meeting theory of the game rules, code and specifications of limbering-up for volleyball, compensation exercises 2. Basic stance practice falls and motion during the game. 3. Game practice focuses on touch with the ball. 4. One player activities practice upper both hands strike. Game practice and application in the game. 5. One player activities practice lower both hands strike. Game practice and application in the game. 6. One player attacking activities practice Service. Basic stance of players during the game and their roles. 7. Game, application of rules, arbitring the game. 8. One player defending activities block. Game practice. 9. One player attacking activities smash. Game practice. 10. Practice of posotioning of players when attacking/defending. 11. Practice of acquired skills in game. 12. Practice of acquired skills in game. 13. Preparing for volleyball tournament. 14. Practical credit requirements

Learning outcomes
The aim of the study unit is to learn and improve fundamentals o individual games, game combinations and gaming systems in a term of the match, knowledge of basic terminology (attitude, position, pass, etc.), knowledge of a graphic situation marking and fundamentals of decision during a match.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills: Student is able to apply single player skills, game combinations and game systems during the game and he is able to be the referee of the game. He is also able to diagnose pilot moment sof motion aktivity which directly influence and decides about its quality and effectivity.
Prerequisites
Interest in a chosen sport activity with respect to acquiring or improving the skills.
