Learning outcomes
|
Students learn to diagnose the performance of young athletes learn the procedures with training and methods development of motor skills and this knowledge will be able to create training plans and programs for different ages of youth.
Student is able to use gained knowledge for realization of programmes connected with fitness. Can apply strengthening exercises in sport preparation for other sport branches.
