Subject Health Psychology is designed for students of study programs who in their studies focus on exploring the psychological aspects of various social phenomena. The aim of the course is to provide basic information about the field of health psychology and introduce students to practical use in your personal and professional life. Students are informed about the latest trends and research approaches in the field of health psychology.
Student knows, can explain the basic concepts of health psychology, mental health and positive psychology. Student knows the basic relaxation methods can be used in their practice and is able to introduce pupils to the first grade of primary school. Student can solve basic stress situations. The student knows and is able to apply the basic principles of mental hygiene in their professional and personal lives. |
