Learning outcomes
|
Subject Health Psychology is designed for students of study programs who in their studies focus on exploring the psychological aspects of various social phenomena. The aim of the course is to provide basic information about the field of health psychology and introduce students to practical use in your personal and professional life. Students are informed about the latest trends and research approaches in the field of health psychology.
The student knows and can explain the basic concepts of health psychology, mental hygiene and positive psychology. The student knows the basic relaxation methods, can use them in his practice and can present them to pupils in the 1st grade of elementary school. The student can solve basic stress situations. The student knows and can apply the basic principles of mental hygiene in professional and personal life.

Completion of the Introduction to Psychology course.

Assessment methods and criteria

Active participation in seminars, attendance 80%. Written preparation and oral presentation of the chosen topic. Completion of a written test.
