Course content
Content of consultations and seminars: 1. Introduction to the study of developmental psychology, teaching program, study literature 2. Subject, meaning and tasks of developmental psychology, concept of development, basic development processes, conditions of development. 3. Lawfulness of developmental changes, periodization of development. 4. Characteristics of the first developmental stages, prenatal development, newborn period. 5. Infant / video recording of the first stages of development / 6. The toddler period, the emergence of self-concept, socialization at an early age, speech development. 7. self-concept ? conception of one's own Self 8. Child of preschool age, emotional and social development of the child, psychological deprivation in childhood. 9. Development, significance and diagnostic value of children's drawings. 10. Entering school as a developmental milestone, school maturity criteria, school maturity assessment methods. 11. Younger pupil, physical and movement development, development of cognitive processes of the younger pupil, development of feelings and social relationships. 12. Older school age. Development of cognitive processes, development of feelings and social relationships. 13. Adolescence, psychological development in puberty and adolescence. 14. Learning outcomes
Familiarize students with the structure, dynamics and genesis of personality, with different stages of development in human life, intellectual development factors and psychosocial needs of each age period. The teaching is focused on understanding the evolution and patterns depending on the condition, age peculiarities, as well as knowledge of training opportunities and educational action.
