The course conveys an understanding of challenging life situations (NŽS) with a special focus on psychological resilience NŽS coping strategies and consequences. The subject is focused on a children's ensemble. During the course, participants will also get to know each other with the principles of supporting positive psychological potentialities to maintain health (salutogenesis).
