Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the most common types of difficult situations in their personal and professional life of the teacher. Students will learn to adequately address these situations. Solution intrapersonal, interpersonal conflicts, solving problems and mastering the basics of mental health.
Specialist knowledge: student will learn to identify and address the most common stressful life in the teaching profession. is able to describe the basic concepts of deprivation, frustration, conflict and stress. student is able to define the sources of psychological resistance. student is well versed in the field of mental health. Specialized skills: student is able to adequately deal with difficult life situace.student is able to prevent NZS negative impact on the mental and physical health. student is able to use relaxation and meditation exercises and teach them to others.
Prerequisites
Successful completion of courses: Introduction to Psychology, Social Psychology, Health Psychology and social support.
