Course content
1. Introduction into Psychomotricity. History. 2. Competence areas in Psychomotricity. 3. Physical Self-Concept. Exercise for development of physical self-concept. 4. Psychomotor development (0 3 years). 5. Psychomotor development (3 6 years). 6. Psychomotor development (6 15 years). 7. Psychomotor development (15 30 years). 8. Psychomotor development (30 90 years). 9. Tension and relaxation. 10. Exercise for awaring of Self. 11. Exercise for development of perception self in interaction with other people. 12. Psychomotor relaxation. 13. Psychomotor stimulation. 14. Attention exercise by specific tools.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the theoretical background of psychomotor as psychological and physical education concept, as well as to the practical use of psychomotor activities and games in a person's life, focusing on preprimary school children.
Student explains the difference between the psychomotor in our country and in other European countries, describes the different levels of perception linking the physical and mental aspects of man, analyzes partial objectives of psychomotor, discusses the impact of psychomotor skills to the development of the human personality, analyzes the different activities psychomotor, applies them to the specific needs of groups or individuals (diagnostics group dynamics and individual personality) is able to characterize the interaction between teacher and pupil in psychomotor activities; can motivate participants to move psychomotor activities through music, unconventional tools and creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Completion of the course Introduction to Psychology.
