Course content
1. Definition of health. Health Psychology Positive Psychology. Salutogenetic concept. 2. Quality of life. 3. Resistance: biological, psychological, social and spiritual factors. 4. Developmental aspects of health psychology in childhood. Overview of approaches within educational programs (English, French, German and Czech approaches). 5. Social support: Definition and differences during childhood and adolescence. 6. Software aspects of health psychology in adulthood. Burnout in teaching careers 7. Aspects of health psychology in relationships between elderly caring children, parents and teachers. 8. Options diagnostic healthy families and schools overview of approaches, methods. Practical examples of diagnosis 9. Methods of determining the quality of life. Assignment of topics for presentation at 5 and 6 seminar 10. Stress management. Psychological factors and immune processes. 11. Working with children with ADHD 12. Social Support: Practical presentation of students own projects with the support of teaching support of assigned readings. 13. Quality of Life: Practical presentation of students own projects with the support of teaching support of assigned readings. 14. presentation of specific programs caring communication between seniors children, parents and teachers

Learning outcomes
The course is designed to ensure mastery of the basic factors that determine the positive development of the psyche, personality formation and its identity. It focuses on the transmission of information concerning important factors for healthy personality development, for healthy living in the family, at school, at work, on human endurance of positive thinking and emotions (love, compassion, altruism, cooperation, prosocial conduct).
Student can explain the concept salutogenetického approach to life can define the concepts of quality of life, resilience, social support and prevention. Familiar with and able to appropriately select the method of determining the quality of life.

Check condition of the subject, the subject matter: an introduction to psychology and developmental psychology. A written treatment work in the field of health psychology schools or families of at least 8 pages, Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing. Presentation of the project. Passing the test (70% success)
