Subject Sport Psychology is designed for students of bachelor of physical education degree courses as part of their psychological preparation for future profession. The aim of the course is to provide basic information about the field of psychology sport and familiarize students with their practical use in your personal and professional life. Students are informed about new trends and research approaches in the field of sport psychology. Students will acquire basic knowledge about the impact of the movement, Sport and Physical Education on the human psyche as well as the influence of psychological characteristics on the development of motor skills and relationship to the movement in general. Particular attention is paid to the interpretation of the relationship between the psyche and the sport movement and quality of life, between success and self-image.
Student knows, is able to explain the basic concepts in the field of sport psychology. - Student understands patterns of interest in physical activity in the constitution of a person's lifestyle. - Student knows the basic approaches to the impact of physical activity on the human psyche, while psychological characteristics on the development of motor skills. - Student knows the basic relaxation techniques and can use them in the practice of sport. |
