Course content
The aim of the seminar is to collect documents proving the professional development of the future teacher (professional portfolio). On the basis of the collected data, enable the student to perform self-reflection and self-evaluation related to the fulfillment of the goals of his professional development. To plan further professional development on the basis of self-evaluation in relation to one's own professional development plan, in comparison with current knowledge of the profession and on the basis of evaluation by other persons.

The student is able to analyze his work and its critical evaluation, understands the importance and significance of self-reflection within teaching profession, knows the appropriate techniques leading to the development of self-reflection, verifies the effectiveness of their own pedagogical procedures and activities, more effectively manages his own personal and professional opportunities (and limits)
