The subject deals with the theory and practice of creative activities in primary technical education. It defines and delimits this area in the context of the mentioned type of education, provides a classification of types of creative activity and offers inspirational examples for creative activity of a technical nature in practice, while covering the issue of leisure activities as a natural area of application of creative activities. It points out aspects of psychomotor skills, deals with their development in connection with teaching methods (project and problem methods, research-oriented teaching, etc.). The subject takes into account the issue of pupils with specific educational needs, especially focusing on gifted children.
